Contrary to popular belief that vaping is a suitable smoking cessation tool, the University of Otago study revealed that it’s not as simple as it seems.

Quitting Smoking After Lung Cancer Promises a Longer Lifespan

A study was recently conducted by researchers from the International Agency for Research on Cancer in collaboration with the NN. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology in Russia. It revealed that individuals diagnosed with lung cancer experienced significant health improvement after quitting smoking.

Does Vaping Damage the Lungs?

Smokers know fully well that smoking cigarettes damage the lungs and that long-term use of tobacco may lead to lung cancer. This knowledge leads to the question; Does vaping cause the same lung damage as smoking?
